Let me first thank you for reading Joystick Journey, it means a lot to me. I started Joystick Journey because I wanted to share my memories and stories of my own. With over 25 years of video game experience I want to inspire readers to be better video game collectors, have more fun with their friends, or just help people build the confidence to try something new. Most important of all, I want to encourage my readers to share their own memories.
We all have these life shaping memories that are important to us. When I was younger and first introduced to video games, it was a mind blowing experience. Being able to control a character on a screen with just a push of button! Since then video games captured my attention and stuck with my while I went through school. Staying up late with friends to beat one more boss, going out to flea markets looking for deals, and learning more about the hobby I love. All of this and more ended up shaping me into who I am today. Sharing memories, learning from each other, will help us grow our hobby together.
